Books of Interest to Jewish Meditators
Meditation for Health is a secular medical program that is suitable for people of all faiths and philosophies. However, forms of mindfulness practice can be found in all the world’s great religions, and many of our graduates continue MBSR by bringing this practice into their religious life.
This is the bibliography we offer to interested patients in our program. Each title is linked to Amazon to provide you with more information. (Please note that Meditation for Health receives a small incentive payment from Amazon if you complete a purchase through these links. We donate this payment to the World Wildlife Fund and The Sierra Club of Canada.)
